The kids Fitness program is for children ages 4-7. The program is great for discipline, focus and confidence. The class consists of fitness drills and lots of exercise to keep your children fit. They will also learn self defense (Boxing,kickboxing).
JR Warriors ages 8-12
The junior warrior program is similar to the Mma program. It will consist of striking and grappling-the best of both worlds. In terms of self-defense, it is important for children to understand how to protect themselves on the ground, as well as being efficient with striking from standing.
