Do I need any experience to start training at Brooklyn MMA?

Not at all! Whether you're completely new to martial arts or looking to level up your skills, we welcome all experience levels. Our classes are designed to be beginner-friendly and our coaches will guide you every step of the way.

Is Brooklyn MMA just for people who want to fight or compete?

Absolutely not. While we do have an amateur and professional fight team, the majority of our students train for fitness, fun, and personal growth. We’re a school for everyone — not just fighters.

What programs do you offer for kids and teens?

We offer age-appropriate martial arts and fitness programs for kids ages 4–12 and teens. These include boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and self-defense — all in a safe, supportive environment that builds confidence, discipline, and coordination.

What’s included when I sign up for the adult MMA program?

When you join the adult MMA program, you get full access to our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, boxing, and kickboxing classes. It’s a complete system designed to develop well-rounded martial artists — whether you want to compete or just train like one.

What if I have a busy schedule? Are there flexible options?

Yes! We offer private and semi-private sessions based on your availability, as well as boot camps. Whether you need early mornings, late evenings, or weekend sessions, we’ll work with your schedule to keep you on track.

Can I try a class before signing up?
